It's Riya and It's been a while since we did some you know serious blogging out there! Well if you get what I'm saying that is... So I had my first Pilates class and well , I LOVE IT !! Sadly this was a one-time thing for me otherwise I would definitely do this again . After the class I felt super amazing , stretched out and well ready for anything!! How crazy is that ? But The thing about Pilates is that you can virtually do it just about anywhere! At the beach , at home or literally in the woods . It helps you limber up and really stretches you out .
So knowing me by now I have to give you some advice and well I have the
Top 5 things you should bring or do when in class.
Guy's I mentioned this in a previous blog before but stretching in the morning in AMAZING . You feel rejuvenated and ready for the day , your blood cells get moving and you limber up ! So strecthing before working out or doing Pilates is just as important !
2. Stay Hydrated
This is also a very important step as well . More water in our body the smoother our systems go and well there's a reason they say you wouldn't survive without water so drink a little extra and see how good it feels to have that nice clear skin for a change .
Water is VERY important so never forget to get your share of H20
3. A Yoga Mat
The floor is very uncomfortable . In fact EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE which is why you should never forget to bring your yoga mat or a towel or some kind so you wont find your self laying on the floor and in a way suffering .
Food food food food food , dont forget the food dude! Doing all of this crazy workout without at least a cracker in your stomach is just flat-out crazy .. do me a favor and dont forget to eat !
5. Give it some effort
So it looks easy but trust me it's hard and after 24-48 hours you WILL experience stiffness and pain . Which is not uncommon but give it your all . No pain no gain as they say which is completely true . What's the use of paying for class and working out if you don't try ?
So guys down below I found a picture that might help out with the poses and comment
